Nikita is a professional engineer with a passion for technical communication and a background in modelling & simulation, capability design, and processengineering. As an undergraduate, she held positions of process engineer at Boeing Aerostructures Australia and junior associate at Heidrick & Struggles, and was heavily involved with AIAA and AYAA (attending many past Aerospace Futures conferences!). Since joining Shoal, Nikita has worked on various modelling and simulation, and capability design projects. She is experienced in probabilistic risk modelling utilising the Shoal/DST Group developed Range Safety Template Toolkit (RSTT) software, which is Australia’s state-of-the-art capability in range safety analysis. Nikita also has experience with deterministic modelling and simulation through development and analysis of aerospace flight vehicle behaviour models, and performance analyses of these models. Nikita holds a Bachelor of Engineering / Bachelor of Science honours degree from the University of Sydney in aerospace engineering, and physics and mathematics.
