Ms. Melissa Ciplys
Melissa has recently joined Shoal as the People and Culture Manager where she is responsible for effective workforce planning, recruitment and employee engagement. Melissa has over 12 years of diverse human resources experience with a specialisation in organisational development, including recruitment, high potential identification and development, talent management and employee engagement. She also has significant experience in the generalist HR space, including training, performance management and employee relations. Melissa recently led the HR mobilisation aspects of a billion-dollar defence project, including developing an on-boarding program for the 400-strong workforce of business and engineer professionals while establishing an effective culture that fosters sustainable success on the over 20-year program. She also holds an internationally recognised coaching qualification from the Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership, is an accredited Change Practitioner and Certified Human Resources Professional with the Australian Human Resources Institute.
