Title: Close encounters of the law kind
In this session we will look at common challenges that businesses face when providing satellite and other space-related services, and suggest some approaches for dealing with these issues on a first principles basis in commercial arrangements. We will unpack the key legal and commercial issues that arise in respect of technology-driven projects and transactions, including development, commercialisation and procurement of new space technologies. We will demystify the regulatory landscape and give you some tips to help you achieve your strategic aims. This session is designed to give intrapreneurs, entrepreneurs, SMEs and start-ups the strategic edge they need to succeed. It is also a must-see presentation for anyone engaged in the sector who is looking at increasing the impact of their involvement or capability.
