Mr. Jan-Christian Meyer
At UNSW Canberra Space, Jan-Christian Meyer is responsible for the set-up of the Australian National Concurrent Design Facility, its management and running concurrent design studies. He also supports the flight team in systems engineering tasks. His degrees as Diplom-Ingenieur in aerospace and astrospace from the Technical University Munich and as Ingénieur diplômé from ISEA Supaéro, Toulouse, enabled him to gain professional experience in the European space sector. He worked as space systems engineer at OHB System, where he was defining space mission concepts in early phases. Among others he was lead systems engineer for ESA's e.deorbit mission in phase B1. He set up the Concurrent Engineering Facility at OHB (CEFO) and has experience in several other similar facilities in the European space sector.
